Requests for transcripts must be made in writing and must include the signature of the student. We cannot accept transcript requests via telephone. To request an official or unofficial transcript, please complete the Transcript Request Form and submit it with the transcript fee of $10 for the first transcript request (official/unofficial), $1 for each additional request (official/unofficial). Please allow for a 10 business day turn around time.
