Mount Angel Abbey

Mass & Prayer Schedule

The Abbey church is the heart and soul of the Hilltop, where the Benedictine monks of Mount Angel live and pray. Rooted deeply in the 1,500-year-old Rule of St. Benedict, monks of Mount Angel gather in the Abbey church for prayer six times each day for the celebration of the Holy Eucharist and the Liturgy of the Hours. Guests are welcome and encouraged to join us in prayer in the Abbey church. Books are provided in the vestibule of the church and prayer begins five minutes after the Abbey bells begin ringing. Mass and the hours of the Divine Office are also livestreamed from the Abbey church. See livestream liturgies and schedule here.
