Mount Angel Abbey is perched on a beautiful hilltop some 300 feet above the Willamette Valley floor with breathtaking panoramic views in all directions overlooking the fertile Willamette Valley and surrounding snowcapped mountains. The Benedictine monks and retreat house staff are dedicated to help you create a perfect experience.

Mount Angel Abbey Retreat House is the destination of many people wanting to get away from wordly concerns, to reconnect with God on a deeper and personal level, and to drink deeply from the well of spiritual renewal. Retreats, workshops and special events at Mount Angel Abbey bring together people of different cultures and backgrounds from all around the world.

On the air-conditioned lower level of the Retreat House you'll find the main conference rooms, and meeting spaces of various sizes. There's also wireless internet access available, reading and relaxing areas and a 24-hour self-service coffee bar available to our guests.

Mount Angel Abbey Retreat House sponsors a number of top-quality retreats given throughout the year. Private Group Hosted retreats

Our Retreat House is an ideal venue for small faith-based groups to hold meetings, workshops or overnight retreats. We offer a unique space for meetings and workshops, meals and overnight accommodations for your own organized group retreat.
