Chef Paul Lieggi tells guests about some of the offerings from the abbey Kitchen. Of particular interest was the nettle pesto seasoned with herbs - both nettles and herbs grown right here on the Hilltop. Chef Paul is with Bon Appetit catering - the abbey's popular new caterer.
